早在1841年，来自中国广东三水地区的移民便已陆续南来新加坡谋生。据记载，新加坡首个三水会馆成立于1886年。一百多年来，新加坡历经经济与社会动荡、政治变迁等重大转变。尽管如此，三水会馆的先贤们始终坚持不懈，致力于改善会员福利、传承文化。三水会馆秉承与时俱进的精神，努力筹办有意义的活动，为会员谋福利。
As early as 1841, immigrants from the Sam Sui area in Guangdong China started arriving in Singapore to make a living. Records show that the first Sam Sui Wui Kun in Singapore was established in 1886. Throughout these years, Singapore experienced transformational changes that ranged from economic and social turbulence to political upheaval. Despite all these changes, Sam Sui Wui Kun pioneers persisted and focused on improving the welfare of our fellow members and promoting cultural continuity. Sam Sui Wui Kun is committed to keeping up with changing trends and working towards organising meaningful activities to promote welfare for our members.

自1886年以来，三水会馆一直服务于祖籍广东三水的历代会员及其家庭，在守护共同文化遗产的同时，促进互助精神、社群凝聚力与归属感。
展望未来，我们不仅要做历史的守护者。三水会馆将成为一个充满活力、与时俱进的团体，通过文化、领导力、教育与社区服务启迪新一代，以此传承先贤精神。我们将在坚守核心价值的同时拥抱创新，不断巩固自身的时代意义，为新加坡多元文化社会作出有意义的贡献。
Since 1886, Sam Sui Wui Kun has served generations of members and families with ancestral roots in Sanshui, Guangdong, preserving our shared heritage while fostering mutual support, community spirit and a strong sense of belonging.
As we look to the future, we want to be more than a custodian of history. Sam Sui Wui Kun will be a vibrant and forward-looking organisation that honours the legacy of our pioneers by inspiring new generations through culture, leadership, education and community service. By embracing innovation while remaining grounded in our values, we will continue to strengthen our relevance and contribute meaningfully to Singapore's multicultural society.
